Our Mission

Each client is unique and their cake should be too!  We want to make sure each occasion is celebrated with the cake that fits the event.  Whether it is a sculpted shoe or a 5 tier traditional stacked cake - or maybe something in-between - the client's vision is what matters most!  Birthdays, anniversaries, just because; we know it is special and we are honored to be a part of it.

Cakeitecture Bakery is a small operation that looks to do big things – the right way!  We take pride in baking from scratch and use recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.  We only use natural ingredients and make every effort to buy as many ingredients and supplies locally as we can.  Everything is made to order and we like to brag about how delicious and unique our products are.  We are unique in that we not only offer a wide variety of shapes and flavors but we also offer sculpted cakes.  While we specialize in cakes, we can -and are happy to- make much more, like cupcakes, cake pops, dessert cakes, various pastries and more.

High quality is our goal in everything we do.  You can be sure that your order will be baked from scratch - using natural ingredients. We never freeze our cake and we make every effort to obtain as many ingredients as possible from local sources.
